Warranty and Disclaimer

Your ButtyBuddy is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials used therein for as long as you own it. If for any reason your BB fails to work properly due to failure or defect in the workmanship or materials, BB Comfort Systems LLC (collectively referred to as the warrantor) will gladly replace it with a new one. If you purchase a ButtyBuddy seat and are not satisfied with it for any reason, you may return it within 15 days of your invoice date for a full refund of your purchase price, no questions asked! You pay only for the shipping both ways and a handling charge of $10.00. This warranty does not apply to circumstances of intentional of accidental damage caused by abuse or negligence. BB Comfort Systems LLC reserves the sole right upon examination of the returned BB, to determine eligibility for full replacement under the terms of this warranty. No warranties or guarantees express or implied exist beyond the conditions stated herein. As the end user of this ButtyBuddy seat, it is exclusively your responsibility to determine its fit and compatibility with your intended application and use. It is your responsibility to evaluate safety concerns related to using the ButtyBuddy seat for any applications, including, but not limited to, any and all passengers that are permitted mobile use of ButtyBuddy in any form or fashion. It is your responsibility to determine if the use of ButtyBuddy is non-compliant with any local, state or federal laws. Accordingly, you accept responsibility for any and all legal violations, damages, injury or loss of life that may in any way claim any connection to ButtyBuddy, and you agree to hold harmless BB Comfort Systems LLC, and any persons, manufacturers, expediters or distributors that are in any way connected to ButtyBuddy. Upon signing and returning this Warranty and Disclaimer form, you are stating that you have read, fully understand and agree to all of the terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree, you may return your ButtyBuddy within 15 days of your invoice date for a full refund of your purchase price according to the terms of this agreement, no questions asked.
